Ecogest s.r.l. was established in 1987 in Osimo, Ancona Province to improve the manufacture and management of primary water and wastewater treatment systems.
Ecogest’s fully patented systems include carwash and mechanical workshop stations which are sold very successfully all over Italy.
Just as important are the river water purification systems developed by the company for the Civil Protection departments and are still used today in emergency situations such as earthquakes and other natural disasters.

Constant research has ensured the success of the underground waste collection systems that the company designs and patents and that represent Ecogest’s core business.
The Island system which was introduced in 1998 is a safe and reliable underground waste collection system which is easy to use and install manufactured with organic materials making it ideal for residential areas, shopping malls and high density urban areas. The system does away with traditional unattractive garbage skips making the environment neat and uncluttered.
Ecogest today manufactures six different underground units to meet the different requirements of the Italian and international markets.
